YOGA CLASSES
At Jax-Zen, yoga is more than poses — it’s a chance to breathe, move, and reset. Our intimate classes include both heated and unheated practices, each offering a different way to build strength, improve mobility, and support nervous system balance and connection.
Spots are limited — pre-registration required.
If the class is full, join the waitlist and we’ll notify you if a space opens up.
Heat Key:
🔥🔥 Hot (Approx. 95°–100°) – Noticeable heat to enhance flexibility and focus.
🔥 Warm (Approx. 85°–95°) – Gentle heat to support mobility and relaxation.
🌿 Unheated – Comfortable room temperature, no added heat.
