As a Trauma-Sensitive HeartMath® Certified Practitioner, Jina Daniels will guide you through a personalized program, combining coherence techniques with Resonance Frequency Training for deeper nervous system regulation.
Session 1: Foundations of Coherence & Self-Regulation
